If you need work done that goes above and beyond the scope of our services we’d be happy to help. We can take care of any digital or print designs you may need such as business cards or letterheads, as well as additional features or custom needs you may need on your website.
Inecent is for busy people who want to focus on their business and have a professional design marketing and IT agency completely handle their online presence. As a savvy business person you know the value of being online but you may not know, or indeed want to know, anything about HTML, a CMS, monthly bandwidth allocations or what any other digital jargon words mean, in which case Inecent is for you.
We will have a meeting with you to discuss your business and what you envision it’s digital representation to look like. We take the information from this meeting and apply it to establish the look and feel of your site. We will then need you to provide us with the text and content you want in the site, as well as any images (we can help with content as well as supply stock images). Once you have signed off on the finished product and it’s exactly as you want it we make the site live and congratulations, you’re online! (Your monthly billing doesn’t start until this point).
Depending on your package size it can contain up to 25 pages, with up to 16 Creative Hours spent designing the website. If you have a particularly unique concept that genuinely needs more than this, we certainly still may be able to work together, but we find it’s better to work within set limits to ensure your website is up and running in a reasonable time.
Creative Hours are the time we will spend designing your site and getting it exactly to your specifications.
If after the initial consultation you’re excited and can’t wait to see your website live, you simply sign up and we will charge you the setup fee. From there we will work with you to design your site and get everything exactly how you want it. Once we both agree it’s ready, we will launch the site live. You will be charged your monthly package rate once the site goes live. There is an initial monthly commitment of 6 months.
You can cancel anytime after your initial 6 month commitment. Your site will run until the end of that billing cycle. Your domain name is yours to keep. We will make arrangements on our side to have it transferred to a domain registration account of your choice.
Visit our Free Consultation page and sign up. We will respond to you as soon as possible to go over your needs and see if we will be the right fit for your business.
You may upgrade your package at anytime, your current package will run until the end of that billing cycle, at which point we should be ready to start you off at the upgraded package. An upgrade fee may apply and is determined by taking the cost of the upgraded package setup fee and subtracting it from your current package setup fee. Downgrading is possible only after your initial 6 month commitment has elapsed.
If you decide that it’s time for some changes (big or small), we can handle this for you. All changes to your site are billed at $69/hr. with a minimum bill time starting at 15 minutes.
We take care of everything to make sure your site is up and running and stay’s running. Your time is one of your business’ most valuable commodities, we want to take as little of it as possible.
We will work with you to get your billing sorted out asap. If we are unable to resolve the issue after 14 days your website could be suspended until the problem is fixed.
Your new email can be firstname.lastname@example.org. The email uses IMAP which means we can help you sync it with your phone, tablet, or email client of your choice.
We don’t recommend changing the website layout too often as in our experience a certain level of familiarity optimizes a client’s interaction with a brand. But you can pull in feeds from Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts to keep content up to date. Most importantly, regularly updating your own blog with relevant material is an effective way to keep the website feeling fresh and and a great opportunity to keep your customers coming back for more.
No, you are licensing a website and the digital real estate it sits on from Inecent. While you retain sole ownership rights to all your content, any images you’ve sent us as well as the domain name (even if we have purchased it for you), the overall site, content management system, any licenses pertaining to the website and all server space associated it is owned and managed by us.
To ensure consistent quality of service and to minimize any downtime with your website, any access to the content management system and changes can only be undertaken by an Inecent employee. Not that we don’t trust you, but taking the load off you is why we’re here.
Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to answer any and all of your questions.
